Working with our international colleagues

This month, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Ruth (www.ruthanne.com) on a really special project — one that perfectly brought together her beautiful artwork, with our careful printing, and bespoke framing.

Ruth’s work immediately stood out to our client, who had been searching for a striking, large piece for her home. After discovering Ruth’s artwork, she knew she’d found exactly what she was looking for — something vibrant, expressive, and full of life. The piece was to become a meaningful gift for her mum’s special birthday, which made it all the more important to get every detail just right.

Working closely with Ruth, we printed her image here in the UK using Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper — a perfect choice for maintaining the integrity of her original artwork. Its soft matte finish and exceptional colour reproduction ensured that every brushstroke, texture, and subtle tone was beautifully preserved, meeting the high standards both Ruth and our client were hoping for.

From there, we moved on to the framing — and this is where the piece really came together. We carefully selected materials with our client that would complement the artwork without overpowering it, creating a bespoke frame tailored specifically for this piece and the space it was intended for. The result is something truly personal — not just a print, but a finished piece ready to take pride of place on the wall.

Seeing the final artwork come together is always rewarding, but knowing it’s going to be gifted and appreciated in someone’s home makes it even more special.
