Colour accuracy matters
For artwork intended for fine art reproduction, simply scanning an original isn't enough.
Colour, contrast and tonal values need to be carefully considered so that the digital file represents the original as accurately as possible.
Where required, we can prepare the resulting file specifically for fine art printing using our Canon image PRO Printers, genuine Canon Lucia Pro pigment inks and professional Hahnemühle and PermaJet papers.
This allows us to maintain a consistent workflow from the original artwork through to the finished print.
Your original is handled with care
We appreciate that some of the items we scan are irreplaceable.
Original artwork, photographs and family documents are handled carefully throughout the process and returned to you after scanning.
If you require a digital master for future use, we can also provide the finished file so that additional prints can be produced later without having to scan the original again.
What size can we scan?
We can professionally scan flat originals up to A3.
For artwork larger than A3, we can arrange professional photographic reproduction to create a high-quality digital master suitable for reproduction and fine art printing.
