Photos of Burnham Overy Staithe for sale

Burnham Overy and Burnham Overy Staithe are two villages, the former is the original village on the River Burn and the latter a large hamlet on the coast about a mile away, now popular as a boating centre. The name comes from the Old English meaning a homestead by a stream across a river, in this case the Burn. Staithe traditionally means landing place.
